Payment 
          Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
          Answer:  We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shopify Pay. By ordering with a credit card you agree that you are authorized to use such credit card and, if there is a billing dispute, to handle any billing disputes directly with us.*

          Question: What will show up on my payment statement?
          Answer: Any purchases made in our store or through our website will display on your account as Gear Supply Company.

Returns
          Q: I want to return my purchase. What is your return policy?
          A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days and the return shipping is FREE (this excludes items marked Final Sale). Returned items must be in new, unused condition and possess all original packaging and paperwork. If your order reflects these return requirements, please contact us at info@gearsupplyco.com and one of our team members will help you with the next steps. Please note, if the item you wish to return shows damage or wear, we will be unable to accept your return request. 

           Q: How will I get my refund?
           A: Refunds may be in the form of store credit or may be refunded through your original payment method. If we refund your order through your original payment method it could take 3-7 business days to process. Refunds will not be processed until we have received the return and reviewed it. 

 

Shipping
          Q: What shipping method do you use?
          A: We typically ship orders through USPS Priority mail and at this time only ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

 

* Payment Acknowledgement: You must be 21 or older to purchase a knife from our store. You are responsible for being informed about and respecting all knife laws.
